WHO WE ARE

Matt Culbertson

Matt is a seasoned professional in the movie theatre industry with 35 years of experience. His career began at General Cinema in Ft. Wayne, IN, where he started working the Rocky Horror midnight show. Through his hard work and dedication, Matt quickly progressed through the company's management program, managing several locations in Ft Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana, and assisting the opening of the Clearwater Crossing 12. In 1997, Matt joined Indiana Booking Service, where he is now the owner. With his extensive experience and expertise, he has played a key role in the company's growth and success. Matt's exceptional leadership and management skills have contributed significantly to the development of Indiana Booking Service. His passion for the industry and commitment to excellence have, earned him a sterling reputation among his peers and colleagues.

Debbie Koepke

Debbie's theatre career began in 1975 as a manager with Y&W Theatres, and then Mallers and Spirou Theatres, in Ft Wayne, IN.

In 1990, Debbie took a position as the Executive Director of the Fort Wayne Cinema Center, a non-profit organization, dedicated to the art of film. Following that position, Debbie worked for General Cinema as a manager at 2 of their art-house locations in Ft. Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana.

In 1995 she became the owner of Indiana Booking Service, in Indianapolis. In 2011 was the proud recipient of the NATO Hall of Fame Award at the Lake Geneva, WI convention. In 2020, Debbie retired from day to day operations.
